Do your ornaments come in their original boxes, and what condition are they in?

Yes! All of our ornaments come in new, mint condition with their original boxes, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. We take condition very seriously — every ornament is poly-bagged immediately upon arrival to maintain its pristine state. Many of our vintage ornaments are also new and unused, carefully preserved to ensure you receive them in the best possible condition.

Are you affiliated with Hallmark or other ornament brands?

We are not officially affiliated with Hallmark, Enesco, Lenox, or any other major ornament brands, nor are we part of those companies. While we do have our own private label, Already Christmas, for select accessories, our focus is on offering retired and hard-to-find ornaments from a variety of well-known brands.

Most major companies no longer remake their past ornaments, which means many pieces become rare and highly collectible over time. Our goal is to help collectors complete their series, discover special editions, and find unique ornaments they may have missed. Every item we curate is carefully organized online so you can easily explore and enjoy these timeless treasures.

How do you protect fragile ornaments during shipping?

We take shipping protection very seriously, especially since ornaments — and even their boxes — are highly collectible and delicate. We never use bubble mailers or soft packaging materials. Every order is shipped in a sturdy, crush-resistant box, with bubble wrap and double-layer protection to keep your ornament safe.

We also seal all boxes with reinforced kraft tape to prevent edges or openings from being pushed in during transit. Our packing standards are extremely high because we understand how important both the ornament and its original box are to collectors.

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, we’ll make it right — whether through a full refund, replacement, or return at our expense.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all orders. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly arrange a return or refund.
